He did a thorough job and walked me through the entire process, even as far as letting me know to register the new water heater to avoid claims issues should they happen in the future. The entire process of having my hot water heater looked at, replaced and up & running, was a completely painless process. Luke Hader was very professional, pleasant to work with and extremely helpful with any questions you might have. Never tried to upsell me on anything. I never thought I’d have a go-to company for any plumbing issues, but these guys are definitely it now.
