Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had the pleasure of working wild water plumbing today. Justize was our plumber, a very sweet and kind hearted young man. He worked extremely hard to get the problem addressed and fixed. Kept me informed along the way and helped ease my over concerned nerves. I can’t thank or recommend this company enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The company seems like the only company that wants money, all others did not show up for appointments or just had crappy customer service. The technician and the company were very professional.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Josh came in and provided great input on what was needed for my home, when I was unsure. Also, he explained the cost of everything before executing the tasks. This is the first time using Wild Water Plumbing + Septic and it won't be the last.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Justize was extremely polite and professional. He had a cancellation and called to see if the earlier time slot was okay with us. He assessed the situation with our plumbing and was completely honest about the situation. I will definitely be using this company for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I manage maintenance for a few dozen medical facilities and called these guys out for a clogged toilet and gurgling sink. They showed up quickly and were great about keeping both me and the onsite staff informed about what was going on. Great experience all around, and I’ll definitely use them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wish Google allowed more than five stars for Wild Water Plumbing + Septic! Highly recommended, uses REAL professional products. No shortcuts or time wasting. We contacted Wild Water after a failed French drain and downspout drainage system had been installed around our back patio. We were still dealing with water accumulation and flooding—the very problems the system was supposed to correct. By the time we called Wild Water, we were frustrated and simply wanted someone who could figure out what was happening underground and fix it correctly. From our first meeting with Justin, we felt like we had finally found the right person. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, patient, and incredibly thorough and the only Plumber we will EVER CALL. Once Justin and Justiz started excavating, they uncovered problem after problem. This was a failed mess done by a rip off self proclaimed "drain expert". Justin and Justiz didn’t patch the old system and bury it again. They rebuilt it. They separated our downspout drainage from the French drain, installed new drainage pipe, clean stone and fabric, increased the size of the main drainage line, and extended the discharge farther away from our patio and house. This was a BIG job, and Justin and Justiz worked incredibly hard. Their attention to detail and pride in their work were obvious. Then came the real test… RAIN!!! And not just a little rain—a DOWNPOUR! I grabbed my phone and started taking video because I wanted to see what the new system would do when really put to the test. IT WORKED!!! I immediately contacted Justin and sent him the video. I was probably more excited about a drainage system than any normal person should be 😂, but after everything we’d been through, watching all that rain come down without the flooding and water accumulation was an incredible feeling. Mother Nature gave their work one heck of a test, and the system passed beautifully! I also absolutely have to mention Heather, Wild Water’s office manager. Heather was AMAZING. Talking with her felt less like calling a business and more like talking with an old friend. She was warm, genuine, incredibly helpful, and an absolute pleasure every time we spoke. And then Justin did something completely unexpected. During our project, one of our outdoor hose bibs started leaking—and I HATE leaks! 😂 I asked if Wild Water could take a look, and Justin arranged a separate appointment with Luke, who did a fantastic job. Then we discovered Justin had picked up the entire tab himself. The hose bib had nothing to do with our drainage project. We didn’t ask or expect him to pay for it. He just did. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that Steve and I won’t forget. Luke will also be getting his own five-star review from us! At the end of the day, the biggest compliment we can give Wild Water is simple: They fixed our problem. Justin takes tremendous pride in his work, Justiz worked incredibly hard alongside him, Heather made us feel like old friends, and Luke took great care of us on our separate plumbing appointment. Finding a company that does excellent work is wonderful. Finding one where you genuinely like and trust the people you’re dealing with is something special. Wild Water Plumbing + Septic has absolutely earned our five stars and our trust. If we need plumbing work in the future, there won’t be any discussion about who we’re calling. It will be Wild Water.Plumbing. Thank you Justin, Justiz, Heather and Luke!!
